With the use of SharePoint’s extensive features enabling the best features, we developed a Policy and Procedure portal for a large Saudi bank, utilizing Microsoft Workflow Managers powerful integration with SharePoint to develop a workflow that delivers tasks to assigned team members, create, and publish documents, and escalate tasks that have been overdue.

Para solutions has envisioned and developed an Intranet Portal for one of the largest financial services companies in the US and globally.
The portal is currently consumed by 60,000 employees. It is fully integrated with their current HR system and used as a social platform to build a knowledge related to multiple business areas such as investments, treasury, banking, and corporate communication.
Public facing site for a large bank in Jordan
Para Solutions re- designed, developed, and published public facing portal for one of the largest banks in Jordan, Para Solutions developed an innovative External B2C Portal solution deployed on top of Microsoft SharePoint Server 2013. The solution was needed to be fully responsive on Tablets and mobiles.
The new Portal needed to enhance existing functions and structure of all content and pages, Redesigned the portal to be the main gateway to all banking applications, information, processes, and people, hosting sites serving Jordan, Bahrain, and Palestine.

A large bank in KSA wanted to provide their employees with insight into both individual and company performance. Data was big, and any KPIs that were available did not truly drive behavior.
Para Solutions as Microsoft data analytics partner worked on the Information architecture and building data models and hubs for gathering all of this to analyze for further data science and AI and helped this client to implement an accelerated data and built high-performance tabular models and visually appealing on-premises Power BI dashboards.
Data Analytics Experience with Hospitality and Hotels
• Para Solutions Delivered Enterprise Ready Data Analytics Solution for an international Hotel conglomerate, one of the large companies that owns and manage big hotels in Jordan
• The solution extracted data from OPERA as Hotel Reservation System and ISCALA as Backoffice System, while financials and reservation systems data were aggregated in EDW (Enterprise Data Warehouse).
Users could view up to 50 KPIs related to hotels occupancy ratios, financials reporting, operational data metrics, Food and Beverage (Restaurants) metrics, etc.
Robotic Process Automation
Auto Invoicing Process
We created an internal Robotic Process to generate customer invoices automatically on Word format, The process would log into SharePoint, filter the hours filled by each employee on a specified project, calculate the total amount, and fills it on the word document via a pre-defined template.
The result will be an invoice ready to be submitted to the customer immediately, sent via Email to the HR, with no human interaction, this task became fully automated.
Onboarding Process
We created a Robotic Process to register new employees, The process would automatically create the Active Directory user as well as the Office 365 user, only needing as input the name of the user.
When the process is complete, an email will be sent to the HR informing them that the new user is created.
